Christopher (Kit) B. Miller, DVM

Christopher (Kit) B. Miller, DVM

A 1989 graduate of U.C. Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Miller moved East where he completed his clinical internship and worked as an Associate Veterinarian at Delaware Equine Center in Cochranville, Pennsylvania. In 1997, he started his own practice, developing an extensive performance horse clientele throughout the country. A resident of Katonah, New York, Dr. Miller services our clients from the New York office year round and has an established clientele in the area. He spends the winter months in Florida, to provide services to his clients at the Winter Equestrian Festival. Additionally, he has accompanied the United States Equestrian Show Jumping Team at horse shows throughout Europe and Scandinavia and is an accredited F.E.I. veterinarian.

Elizabeth L. Kilgallon, DVM dACVS

Elizabeth L. Kilgallon, DVM dACVS

Dr. Kilgallon has a varied and impressive background, with an English literature degree from Princeton University and a veterinary medicine degree from Tufts University. After her graduation from Tufts, Dr. Kilgallon completed a surgical internship, followed by a residency in large animal surgery, both at the University of Pennsylvania, New Bolton Center. Dr. Kilgallon became board certified in large animal surgery in 1994.


Emily Bruschi, DVM

Emily Bruschi, DVM

Dr. Emily Bruschi, completed her undergraduate education at Skidmore College before attending the College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University, graduating in 2014. In her final year at Cornell she received the Gentle Doctor Award for outstanding patient care in the Equine Large Animal Hospital. Following graduation, Dr. Bruschi completed her internship at Fairfield Equine Associates in CT where she gained experience in sports medicine, lameness & emergency medicine. She looks forward to continuing to focus in these areas of equine medicine at Miller & Associates. Growing up on Long Island, Emily competed in the junior jumper & equitation divisions. She went on to compete in the adult hunter divisions with her faithful equine companion Bear, who she frequently visits in Saratoga Springs. Emily continues to enjoy riding & looks forward to returning to the show ring in the future.

Sarah Cohen DVM

Sarah L. Cohen, DVM

Dr. Sarah Cohen grew up in New Jersey showing in the hunters and equitation before attending Purdue University for her undergraduate training. She graduated from Ross University in June of 2007, having completed her clinical training at Iowa State University. Sarah then joined Merritt and Associates Equine Hospital outside of Chicago for a one year intensive internship.  Since joining Miller & Associates in 2008, Dr. Cohen has developed a client base consisting of some the most well regarded in the hunter, jumper and grand prix community in the Northeast.  Dr. Cohen believes passionately in evidence based medicine and putting the horses needs at the fore of all decisions. Since 2010 she has been a regular on the international scene serving as the USEF show jumping team veterinarian in competitions in Spain, Slovakia, Belgium, France, Wellington and other international competition locales.  Sarah serves on the board of directors of the Northeast Association of Equine Practitioners.  She lives in Waccabuc, NY with her husband, 3 dogs and 3 cats.

Laura Faulkner VMD

Laura Faulkner, VMD

Dr. Faulkner obtained her VMD from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011 after graduating from Stanford University with a degree in political science.
Following an internship in ambulatory medicine and hospital work and a fellowship at the New Bolton Center (Pennsylvania) in ultrasound and cardiology, Dr. Faulkner joined the staff at Miller & Associates in July of 2013. Dr. Faulkner’s practice with Miller & Associates focuses on sport horse medicine with an emphasis on imaging.
When time permits, Dr. Faulkner enjoys riding and showing her family’s young homebred jumpers, Capri and Quinn, both out of ABC Fantasie, the mare that carried her to the Young Rider individual bronze medal at the 2005 North American Junior and Young Rider Championships. The pair also competed at the grand prix level in California while Dr. Faulkner attended Stanford.

Nicole Finazzo DVM

Nicole Finazzo, DVM

Born & raised on Long Island, NY, Dr. Nicole Finazzo graduated from Cornell University in 2014. Having also completed her undergrad at Cornell, Dr. Finazzo had the opportunity to work at the veterinary school as a large animal surgical assistant, a student technician in the schools Equine Neonatal Intensive Care Unit & was also a part of the Cornell Colic Crew Program. During her time at Cornell she also maintained an active role in the schools IHSA Equestrian Team. In 2014, Nicole became certified in veterinary acupuncture from Colorado State University. Having recently completed her internship at Mid Atlantic Equine Medical Center in NJ, Dr. Finazzo joins Miller & Associates with a special interest in sports medicine & general practice with a focus on rehabilitation with the use of alternative & regenerative therapies. Nicole’s love for the outdoors means she is an avid hiker & a keen gardener.

Jen King DVM

Jen King, DVM

A native of East Greenwich, Rhode Island, Dr. King earned a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from the University of New Hampshire in 1997 and a DVM degree from Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. Dr. King has attended multiple post-graduate educational programs in veterinary chiropractic and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and has been utilizing CAVM since 2003. Dr. King works closely with our other practitioners in maintaining health and soundness, particularly in the care of our equine athletes. It is a unique advantage for Miller & Associates to have doctors specializing in conventional and alternative therapies who work side by side and who can collaborate in the diagnosis and treatment of medical and musculoskeletal conditions in our patients.

Tiffany Marr DVM

Tiffany Marr, DVM

Dr. Marr graduated with high honors from the Atlantic Veterinary College of Prince Edward Island, Canada, in 2000. Following graduation, she served as an intern at the Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center and accepted an ambulatory associate position at the end of that year. In 2002, Dr. Marr completed the acupuncture program offered at Tufts University.
Although Dr. Marr has worked for Miller & Associates for the past six years in Florida during the winter months, she accepted a full-time position with the practice in 2013. Dr. Marr will make her residence in Florida, where she will help to establish a more permanent base for Miller & Associates near the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington. During the summer months, Dr. Marr will be based in Westchester County, New York.
She currently competes in the amateur-owner and adult jumper sections aboard a variety of horses owned by herself and her family’s Hidden Brook Farm.

Lindsey Rings DVM

Lindsey Rings, DVM

A 2012 graduate of Ohio State University, Dr. Rings is the daughter of two large animal veterinarians and has grown up going on farm calls with her parents from a very young age. After graduating from Ohio State, Dr. Rings first completed two internships in equine medicine and surgery, the first at Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center in Ringoes, New Jersey, and the second at Rood & Riddle in Lexington, KY. Dr. Rings hopes to build on this experience and focus on performance horse lameness, diagnostic imaging and overall performance horse health. During her spare time, Dr. Rings enjoys hiking and exploring with her champion Irish Setter Aidan.

Isaiah J. Robinson, DVM

Isaiah J. Robinson, DVM

A native of Vermont, Dr. Isaiah Robinson attended the University of Vermont for his undergraduate education. He then attended Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, and completed his clinical training at Texas A&M in College station, TX. Upon Graduation in June 2007, he received the Large Animal Proficiency Award and the Large Animal Surgery Team Award. Following graduation Dr. Robinson completed a year-long Sport Horse Medicine and Surgery internship at Estrella Equine Hospital in Paso Robles, on the central coast of California.
True to his roots, in his free time Isaiah enjoys golf, fishing and furniture building. While in California, Dr. Robinson had the opportunity to put his wood working skills to good use in designing and crafting custom post-operative and therapeutic wooden horseshoes.
Well in line with the practice’s performance horse specialty, Dr. Robinson’s main veterinary interests include lameness, imaging and dentistry.

Erica L. Rosen, DVM

Erica L. Rosen, DVM

Dr. Erica Rosen was born and raised in New Paltz, NY and grew up riding and showing in the hunter/jumper arena. After completing her undergraduate degree at Cornell University, Erica moved to warmer weather to earn her DVM at the University of Florida. At the UF College of Veterinary Medicine she worked closely with surgical faculty on research involving upper airway anatomy and function in performance horses, and received the Barbaro Award and Scholarship for commitment to equine medicine and surgery. Following graduation, Erica joined Fairfield Equine Associates for a one-year internship, which allowed her to focus on care and maintenance of the sport horse. Dr. Rosen has a particular interest in the use of complimentary therapies as adjunctive care for our show horses and has also completed her training in animal chiropractics.
Aside from veterinary medicine and horses, Erica is an avid sports fan and is pleased to be back home in the northeast.
